Sinolink Worldwide Holdings (HKG:1168) has officially changed its name to Z Fin Limited following shareholder approval earlier this month, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The company's stock short name will switch from "SINOLINK HOLD" to "Z FIN" with effect from Sept. 3, while its stock code will remain unchanged.

It has also adopted a new logo and will launch a new corporate website on Sept. 1.

Existing share certificates under the old name remain valid.
