Ganfeng Lithium (SHE:002460, HKG:1772) completed the placement of 40,025,600 new Hong Kong shares at HK$29.28 apiece to raise HK$1.17 billion.

The shares were issued on Tuesday to at least six independent institutional investors, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The company also finalized its HK$1.37 billion convertible bond issue, listed on the Vienna MTF, with a conversion price of HK$33.67 per share.
