China Everbright Greentech Ltd. reported its financial results for the first half of 2025, revealing a decrease in revenue and EBITDA compared to the same period last year. The company's revenue was approximately HK$3.4 billion, a 3% decline from HK$3.51 billion. EBITDA dropped by 11% to approximately HK$974 million from HK$1.1 billion. However, profit attributable to equity shareholders increased significantly by 33% to approximately HK$190.8 million from HK$143.9 million. Additionally, efforts were made to optimize biomass fuel quality and procurement costs. The group also emphasized quality and efficiency in hazardous and solid waste treatment operations. China Everbright Greentech Ltd. continued to promote public access to its environmental facilities, with the Rugao biomass power generation project included in the fifth batch of national environmental facility open units. The company hosted 79 public open events, attracting a total of 1,635 visitors, reflecting its commitment to transparency and public engagement in environmental responsibility.
