Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings (HKG:1812, SHE:000488) posted a net loss attributable to shareholders of 3.86 billion yuan for the first half of 2025, compared with a profit of 28.6 million yuan a year earlier, according to an Aug. 29 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the paper manufacturer were down over 4% in Monday's late-morning trade.
Loss per share came in at 1.31 yuan, compared with an EPS of 0.01 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue fell nearly 85% to 2.11 billion yuan from 13.8 billion yuan.
