ClearView Wealth (ASX:CVW) will redeem all of its AU$75 million subordinated notes due Nov. 5, 2030, on Nov 5, following receipt of approval from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The holder of the notes will receive AU$10,000 per note along with interest accrued, the filing said.

Shares of the company rose 2% in recent Thursday trade.
