Quantum Thinking Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on September 1, 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered and approved. These included granting general mandates to issue new shares and to repurchase shares of the company, the re-election of directors, and the re-appointment of the auditor. Additionally, a proposal to extend the general mandate by adding shares repurchased under the newly granted mandate was also approved.
