A recent report suggested that private-equity backer Bain Capital is considering selling its stake in the Canadian apparel company know for its pricey parkas, which could lead to the company going private. At the Goldman Sachs Retail Conference, COO Beth Clymer pushed back on the reports, saying the company doesn't comment on rumors, but adds that the company isn't planning any take-private initiatives.
