Xinte Energy Co (HKG:1799) reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of 256.3 million yuan for the first half of 2025, narrowing from a loss of 887 million yuan a year earlier, according to an Aug. 29 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were up 1% in Monday's late-morning trade.

Loss per share came in at 0.1792 yuan, compared with a loss of 0.6203 yuan in the prior-year period.

Revenue fell to 7.31 billion yuan from 11.7 billion yuan.
