China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co. Limited has announced the signing of new agreements related to the Alcohol Extraction Workshop Construction Project. On September 1, 2025, its subsidiary, Tongjitang Pharmaceutical, entered into contracts with Pharmengin and Wuhan Hongli. These agreements involve the construction of an alcohol extraction workshop and its associated facilities, covering a range of services including building decoration, water supply, drainage, heating, ventilation, electrical, and process piping engineering. The agreements are considered to be on normal commercial terms and are deemed fair and reasonable, aligning with the company's interests and those of its shareholders.
