CZR Resources (ASX:CZR) has met all the conditions for the sale of its interest in some tenements comprising its Robe Mesa iron ore project for cash consideration of AU$75 million, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The sale is expected to be completed by Sept. 9, the filing said.

The company's shares were up 11% in recent Tuesday trade.
