Sky Quarry Fires CEO for Cause

The board of Sky Quarry has fired the company's chief executive.

The Woods Cross, Utah-based company disclosed after the market closed that David Sealock has been terminated for cause.

The board appointed Marcus Laun, the interim chief financial officer, to the position of chief executive officer on an interim basis.

Sealock co-founded Sky Quarry in 2019 and helped take it public last year.
