BExcellent Group (HKG:1775) completed the issue of nearly 25.4 million shares to third-party subscriber TUNG, Po-yu, at HK$0.50 apiece, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The parties had first entered into the HK$12.6 million subscription agreement in August.
