The properties, located in Plano, Texas, and Peoria, Arizona, are known as the Reunion Healthcare Facilities. Designed with state-of-the-art, patient-centric features, these facilities collectively offer over 100,000 square feet and house 48 and 40 licensed beds, respectively. The facilities, which opened in 2023, are strategically positioned near major acute care hospitals, ensuring a steady demand and high occupancy rates. Leased to Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals and managed by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, the facilities boast long-term lease agreements of over 20 years, promising lasting value for shareholders.
