About Adam Chadi, BA, JD:

As Chief Operating Officer for Imperial Equities Inc., Adam will lead the development of the company's strategy and is responsible for overseeing the company's operational procedures and external relations activities.

Adam Chadi was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta, majoring in political science in 2017.

Adam gained his Juris Doctor abroad in a two-year accelerated program finishing in 2019, with a focus on Corporate law, specifically Mergers and Acquisitions. Adam completed his articles with Chadi & Company and was called to the Alberta Bar Association in 2021.

He has spent the last five years working in legal practice, with experience in criminal defence, civil estate litigation, and a wide range of varying legal matters. He has experience in every level of court in the Province of Alberta.

Outside of his job, Adam has a deep profound love for helping with training, life skills, connection to school and outreach support for youth-at-risk. In his spare time, Adam enjoys the Alberta outdoors and believes "there is no better province than Alberta for the outdoors".
