Prinx Chengshan (HKG:1809) said it receive regulatory notice to fully resume operations at its Thai tire production base, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.

Shares of the tire company gained nearly 2% in morning trade Monday.

The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand had previously suspended operations citing alleged breaches of industrial waste disposal rules but later agreed to temporarily lift the suspension until Sept. 4 to test relevant equipment for air quality sample collection.

Prinx Chengshan said at the time that the events in Thailand were not expected to have a material impact on its financials.
