The report, based on a survey of over 8,000 temporary workers nationwide, identifies essential drivers for attracting and retaining talent, emphasizing a mobile-first approach, flexibility, and trusted relationships with local support. Findings reveal that more than 80% of temporary workers, including a significant number of Baby Boomers, prefer to find jobs via mobile platforms. Furthermore, 80% value the presence of a local branch, with Gen X workers particularly prioritizing quick and effective job search support. The report underscores the importance of understanding the multigenerational workforce's needs, challenging stereotypes about temporary work and emphasizing that employer trust and local support remain crucial in a mobile-driven job market.
