TOTM Technologies (SGX:42F) signed an MoU with Agentis Intelligence to collaborate on various opportunities, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were down over 6% in Wednesday trading.

Under the non-binding MoU, both parties will bring their expertise to explore and jointly pursue opportunities in developing and deploying digital identity ecosystems.

The agreement will remain in force for an initial period of two years, with an option to renew on a mutual basis.
