Huatai Securities (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) indirect subsidiary Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes totaling $68 million.

The notes were issued under an existing $3 billion program, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Following the note issue, the outstanding guarantee balance under the program reached $785 million.

Shares of the securities broker were down 1% in recent trade.
