Skillsoft Corporation has released its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, ending on July 31, 2025. The company reported a total revenue of $129 million, marking a 3% decrease from the previous year. Within its segments, Talent Development Solutions $(TDS)$ revenue remained flat at $101 million, while Global Knowledge $(GK)$ revenue dropped by 10% to $28 million. Despite the decline in overall revenue, Skillsoft achieved positive free cash flow both year-to-date and over the last twelve months. Looking ahead, Skillsoft expects its full-year fiscal 2026 GAAP revenue to range between $510 million and $530 million. The company also forecasts an adjusted EBITDA between $112 million and $118 million. As part of its ongoing strategy, Skillsoft plans to introduce new AI innovation-based products and reshape its go-to-market approach to enhance its role in talent development as a driver of business performance. Additionally, Skillsoft has announced its availability in the AWS Marketplace to streamline and accelerate the purchasing process for customers.
