Burford Capital (BUR) said Tuesday it acquired a strategic minority stake in Kindleworth.

Financial terms of the deal, completed in August, were not disclosed, the company said.

Buford Capital also said the investment will likely be immediately accretive but not have a material impact on its earnings.
