Datasea Inc., a Nevada-based technology company specializing in acoustic high-tech products and AI multimodal digital solutions, has announced a significant service agreement with Hainan Zhixingjian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The collaboration focuses on the commercialization of acoustic smart health shoes, marking Datasea's entry into the expanding health wearable market. The contract, lasting 12 months, will see Datasea provide proprietary acoustic health hardware and software solutions for smart health insoles. These will include features such as heating, weight monitoring, ultrasonic sterilization, and more, aimed at enhancing health benefits like fatigue relief and improved sleep quality. The agreement adopts a usage-based licensing model, with fees calculated per pair of shoes produced, offering a sustainable revenue stream for Datasea. The company anticipates generating up to RMB 7 million (approximately USD 0.98 million) in service fees during the contract period. This deal is a pivotal step in Datasea's strategic transformation towards solution-driven growth, combining acoustic technology with AI to empower the health sector.
