Easy Smart Group Holdings (HKG:2442) plans to change its English name to Bio Vista Harbour Holdings Group Limited, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the construction engineering were up nearly 6% in Tuesday morning trade.

Easy Smart said the move is intended to better reflect its diversification strategy and provide a refreshed corporate image.

Existing share certificates will remain valid, while new certificates will be issued under the new name once the change becomes effective.
