Brookdale Senior Living Inc. has reported an increase in its consolidated occupancy for August 2025. The company's August consolidated weighted average occupancy rose by 290 basis points year-over-year and 70 basis points sequentially, reaching 81.8%. For the third quarter-to-date, the consolidated weighted average occupancy achieved a 140 basis point sequential increase from the full second quarter, amounting to 81.5%. Additionally, the August consolidated month-end occupancy improved by 60 basis points from July and by 280 basis points compared to the prior year period. The same community weighted average occupancy for August experienced a year-over-year growth of 260 basis points, reaching 82.2%.
