Greater Bay Area Dynamic Growth (HKG:1189) appealed on Aug. 12 against an order by the Hong Kong High Court to make a payment to the petitioner under a winding-up petition, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The hotel operator made the payment of HK$1.2 million to petitioner Great Treasure Consultants within the mandatory 14-day period through its legal representative after receiving the order on July 31.

The petitioner had, in February, presented a winding-up petition against the firm over certain outstanding service fees.
