Goi Seng Hui's offer to acquire a majority stake in PSC (SGX:DM0) closed after receiving valid acceptances for 39.56% of the total shares in the company, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in Friday trading.
At the close of the offer, the offeror and parties acting in concert with him, have agreed to acquire around 82.94% of the total number of shares.
Meanwhile, Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services was appointed as the administrator for making divested shares payment to entitled shareholders.
