Rezolve AI (RZLV) said Friday that institutional ownership topped 10% after new positions from Citadel, BlackRock (BLK), Vanguard, Jane Street, Northern Trust (NTRS), Man Group, and State Street (STT).

Inclusion in the Russell 2000 and 3000 indexes, accelerating customer adoption, and partnerships with Microsoft (MSFT) and Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google have helped drive investor interest, the company said.

The company said it expects to exceed $100 million in ARR in 2025, and that its roughly $1.7 billion market value implies about a 17x ARR multiple versus peers trading near 36x to 100x.

Shares of Rezolve were down by more than 2% in recent premarket activity Friday.
