Ondas (ONDS) said Wednesday it has completed its offering of 46 million common shares, including the full exercise of its overallotment option.

Net proceeds, estimated at about $217 million, will be used for corporate development and strategic growth, including acquisitions, joint ventures and investments.

Shares of Ondas added more than 1% in recent trading activity Wednesday.
