ATEN International's US Unit OKs $5 Million Cash Capital Increase

ATEN International's (TPE:6277) US unit, ATEN US, approved a $5 million cash capital increase, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.

The company will issue 5,000 new shares at $1,000 apiece.

All shares will be allotted to existing shareholders on a 100% basis. The newly issued shares carry the same rights and obligations as outstanding stock.

Proceeds will be used to boost working capital, the connectivity and access management hardware manufacturer said.
