Sasseur REIT Issues Nearly 5 Million Units to Manager as Payment

Sasseur REIT (SGX:CRPU) issued nearly 4.7 million units to its manager at SG$0.6335 apiece as payment of the base fee component of management fee from Jan. 1 till June 30, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The units represent 70% of the base fee component for the period.

Following the issuance of the new units, the manager holds close to 27.2 million units in the REIT.
