Warehouse Group (NZE:WHS) formed a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to simplify its technology stack, remove legacy systems, consolidate platforms, and optimize its technology investments, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The collaboration aims to cut costs by enhancing managed services and license usage, potentially saving up to NZ$40 million over five years, the filing said.
TCS will strengthen the company's digital and artificial intelligence skills and support workforce development in a multi-year partnership focused on long-term value, the filing added.
