Co-Diagnostics (CODX) said Tuesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with an undisclosed regional manufacturing and distribution company in Saudi Arabia to explore a joint venture with a license to develop, manufacture and sell its Co-Dx technology in the Middle East and North Africa,

The agreement includes the company's upcoming Co-Dx PCR point-of-care platform.

The Saudi partner will contribute local operational support, infrastructure, personnel and regulatory expertise, and the joint venture may benefit from applicable government incentives, Co-Diagnostics said.
