ASL Marine (SGX:A04) increased its stake in Indonesian subsidiary, Cipta Nusantara Abadi to 80%, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The company increased the share through its subsidiary, Capitol Marine, through the allotment of 32,320 shares at 15,625 Indonesian rupiah per share.

The additional investment was funded through internal resources.

Shares of the company were up over 6% at the close of trading on Tuesday.
