("Carriage" or "Carriage Services") is pleased to announce that it has acquired substantially all the assets of Faith Chapel Funeral Homes & Crematory (collectively, "Faith Chapel"), consisting of two funeral homes and a crematory, located in the Pensacola, Florida market.
