Ximei Resources (HKG:9936) agreed to place up to 20 million shares to at least six investors at HK$5 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$98.5 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 5.26% of the metallurgical company's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the placing as general working capital.
