TNF Pharmaceuticals (TNFA) said Wednesday it has received a Nasdaq notice that it has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.

To regain compliance, the company's shares maintained the minimum bid price of $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days, TNF Pharmaceuticals said.

TNF shares were 2.8% higher in early recent trading.
