Norwood Financial Names Andrew Forte as Chairman, Keeps Quarterly Dividend at $0.31 a Share

Norwood Financial (NWFL) said Wednesday that current vice chairman Andrew Forte has been named chairman, succeeding Lewis Critelli, who is retiring.

Kevin Lamont, a director since 2011, will succeed Forte as vice chairman, the company said.

Norwood also maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.31 per share, payable Nov. 3 to stockholders of record as of Oct. 15.
