China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) or CGS completed the issue of 4 billion yuan of a short-term commercial paper with a 146-day term and a coupon rate of 1.7%, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The securities company will use proceeds from the issue to supplement its working capital.
