Shareholders of Capital VC (HKG:2324) will meet Oct. 21 to vote on a 25-for-1 stock split and 1-for-1 rights offering, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The investment firm had first proposed the capital reorganization, which will increase the company's authorized share capital to 20 billion shares from 800 million shares, in August.
Under the rights offering, the firm is planning to issue up to a little over 450.1 million new shares at HK$0.12 each to raise HK$52.9 million in net proceeds.
