The transaction, agreed upon on September 15, 2025, involves the sale of approximately 3.2 acres of land, including all improvements and related intangible personal property, to WP South Acquisitions, L.L.C. The agreed purchase price is $19.3 million, subject to adjustment for additional units the buyer may construct.
