China Health (HKG:0673) has rescheduled parts of its rights issue timetable after Hong Kong raised the No. 10 tropical cyclone warning signal on Wednesday, according to a same-day bourse filing.
The placement of unsubscribed rights shares will now close on Thursday, a day later than originally scheduled, the company said.
As a result, the results of the rights issue, including the placing outcome and net gain per unsubscribed share, will be announced on Oct. 3.
Share certificates and placement completion are scheduled for Oct. 6, with trading in fully paid rights shares to start on Oct. 8.
