Shareholders of New Concepts (HKG:2221) will meet Oct. 10 to vote on a proposed 10-for-1 share consolidation, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Following consolidation, the environmental protection services company will have nearly 182.8 million consolidated shares in issue.
Shareholders will also vote on the issue of 10 million shares to Chairman Zhu Yongjun at HK$1 apiece to settle part of a debt owed to the subscriber.
