Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) (HKG:2411) is looking to raise HK$327 million via a share offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Sunday.
Shares of the fruit retailer jumped over 26% in morning trade Monday.
The company is seeking investors for 279,500,000 H shares priced at HK$1.17 each to raise funds primarily for repaying loans and amounts owed.
The shares represent 19.2% of the company's existing issued H shares and 18.2% of its total shares, and around 16.1% of H shares and 15.4% of total shares as enlarged by the offering.
First Shanghai Securities is serving as the placing agent for the offering.
