Working capital technology platform Veefin Solutions (BOM:543931) entered an agreement with IWS Holdings in Sri Lanka to offer digital transformation for the country's financial institutions, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company said it has already begun discussions with Sri Lanka's banks that have shown interest in Veefin's offerings.

Veefin's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
