- Delta Air Lines DAL.N is replacing power units on more than 300 of its Airbus AIR.PA jets in an effort to stem cases in which toxic fumes have leaked into the air supply and led to health and safety risks for passengers and crew.

- Kodiak is scheduled to begin trading on Nasdaq on Thursday under the tickers KDK and KDKRW, following its merger with special-purpose acquisition company Ares Acquisition Corp. II, an affiliate of Ares Management ARES.N, in a deal that valued the startup at about $2.5 billion.
