Stitch Fix Inc. reported net revenue of $311.2 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, representing a decrease of 2.6% compared to the same period last year. Adjusting for the impact of an extra week in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024, which contributed $21.6 million, net revenue increased by 4.4% year-over-year. The company stated that it completed its second consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth on an adjusted basis. Stitch Fix attributed its performance to its transformation strategy, improvements in client experience and assortment, and a focus on AI and stylist services. For the full fiscal year 2026, Stitch Fix expects advertising expenses to represent between 9% and 10% of revenue and anticipates being free cash flow positive for the year. During the first quarter of fiscal 2024, Stitch Fix ceased its UK operations, and the results of the UK business are now reported as discontinued operations.
