As a brand deeply rooted in the Muslim market, Aice must strictly adhere to the tax and social security regulations of each country — from the individual income tax calculation methods in different countries, to the variations in local social security contribution rates, and to the full-chain traceability of international halal certification. Each aspect requires precise implementation. Previously, manually handling multi-country financial data was not only time-consuming but also required repeated verification of local rules, with any oversight potentially leading to compliance risks; meanwhile, the paper-based records for halal certification made it difficult to meet the needs for real-time traceability and sudden inspections.

The connection between production planning and sales orders (SO), as well as the consolidation of financial data from different regions, used to rely on manual data transfers and calculations, resulting in significant information delays. Meanwhile, processes such as reimbursements and contract approvals, scattered across different countries, lacked a unified platform. This often led to multiple rounds of communication and inefficiencies.

To address the management needs of terminal assets such as freezers, Yonyou has customized an independent asset tracking solution for Aice, integrated with Yonyou BIP's basic asset management module. Each freezer is assigned a unique asset profile, and dealers and retail outlets can update asset status (e.g., in operation, under maintenance, or idle) in real time through online channels. The headquarters can monitor asset distribution and usage in real time without relying on manual inventory checks, which not only reduces management costs but also enables more precise asset allocation.
