ES-Con Japan (TYO:8892) has extended the maturity date for its 22.7 billion yen syndicated loan from Sept. 29, 2025 to March 27, 2026.
The extension was necessitated by a partial revision to the original schedule of the project for which the loan was secured, according to Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company plans to refinance the loan with long-term financing before the new deadline.
Despite this change, there is no impact on the company's full-year performance forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
