Kula Gold Says Malawi Niobium Project Soil Sampling Program Indicates Soil Anomaly, Shares Fall 7%

Kula Gold (ASX:KGD) said a soil sampling program at the Wozi niobium project in Malawi showed a niobium pentoxide soil anomaly with a strike of about 1.5 kilometers and a peak grade of 1.08% of niobium pentoxide, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The program consisted of 238 samples collected on an east-west oriented line on a 200-meter line spacing and 50-meter sample spacing along the line.

The work will advance toward a maiden drilling program in November.

The firm's shares fell 7% in recent trading on Thursday.
