Excellence Commercial Property & Facilities Management Group Ltd. reported interim results for the first half of 2025. The group's revenue from residential properties increased by 12.6% compared to the same period in 2024. During the reporting period, the group's gross profit was RMB 379.06 million, a decrease of 10.2% from RMB 422.17 million for the corresponding period in 2024. The gross profit margin decreased to 18.8% from 20.3% in the previous year's period. The gross profit margin for basic property management services was 17.5%, down from 18.5% in the first half of 2024, primarily due to a decrease in the gross profit margin of public and industrial properties. Value-added services recorded a gross profit margin of 23.2%, compared to 24.9% in the prior-year period, mainly attributed to a decrease in the mechanical and electrical installation business. The group's other revenue consisted mainly of interest income and government grants. During the first half of 2025, the group expanded its service portfolio, engaging with more than 70% of domestic high-tech Internet enterprises and building a presence in high-end manufacturing and new energy sectors. At the end of the period, the group managed 74.28 million square meters, up from 68.12 million square meters at the end of the previous period, reflecting new engagements and continued business expansion.
