CRCC High-Tech Equipment Corporation Ltd. held an extraordinary general meeting on September 30, 2025. Shareholders approved all proposals presented, including the abolition of the supervisory committee, with its powers and functions to be assumed by the audit and risk management committee of the board. Additionally, proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings were approved. The meeting also saw approval for entering into a machinery equipment and accessories sales framework agreement with CRCC, along with the transactions and proposed annual caps under this agreement. All supervisors' positions were terminated as a result of the changes, and the board expressed gratitude for their service.
